The plan
Three things a finance leader can do with Vayu during SuiteWorld week. Pick one or all three. None of them involves a spreadsheet.
The blueprint is a schematic, not a map to navigate by. Booth 1224 is at Caesars Forum; Monday night is at Pier 17 Yacht Club at Absinthe, at Caesars Palace.
The nightcap
SuiteWorld Finance Leaders' Nightcap w/ PwC, Vayu & Taxwire. A private bar a short walk from SuiteWorld, with room to sit and talk. Come when you can.
Registration is subject to host approval.
The sit-down
Twenty minutes, your pricing, our screen. Bring the contract that never fits the invoice, or the usage you still meter by hand.
Opens Vayu's booking page.
The floor
Play the pinball contest and enter the iPhone raffle. Tilting counts as a control failure.
No RSVP. Look for the pinball machine.
The job
It opens once a month, for a few days, and everything has to be inside before it shuts.
The take is what manual billing leaves behind: the hours a finance team spends turning contracts, usage and pricing into invoices by hand, and the revenue that never makes it onto one.
Nobody is breaking in. The plan is to get both out, every month, without anyone staying late.
The take
Figures as published on withvayu.com.

In Las Vegas or not, twenty minutes is enough to see how a close runs without the manual billing work. Bring one contract and one invoice that never match.
